CODE OF CONDUCT
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, patrons, employees, tenants, and guests are expected to act
responsibly and respectfully.
The following are prohibited:
- Offensive, inappropriate, or gang-related attire
- Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior, including obscene language, running, loud music or unauthorized performances
- Smoking, except in designated areas
- Unauthorized distribution of handbills or materials, soliciting and petitioning
- Littering, defacing, or damaging property
- Illegal weapons or possession of illegal substances
- Public intoxication or drug use
- Open alcoholic beverages outside designated areas
- Unsafe use of skateboards, bicycles, skates, or similar transport
This list is not all-inclusive and may be modified at any time by the management of this property in addition to any other legal remedies that management may choose to exercise.
The shopping center is private property and no rights shall accrue to the public by virtue of the public’s entry into this shopping center. This “Code of Conduct” is not intended to deprive any person of their applicable civil rights or liberties under the law. If you feel your rights are being violated, please notify the management office.
