Parking

RIO offers ample complimentary parking for all guests. Four conveniently located parking garages provide easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment and the lakefront.

For added convenience, valet parking is available at Copper Canyon Grill. Guests dining at the restaurant may receive complimentary valet service – please check with the restaurant for details.

Combat Wounded Parking

Four parking spaces have been reserved for combat-wounded veterans. Designated spaces are located by Target, in the Uncle Julio’s lot and the Waterfront Garage (closest to the breezeway by Chipotle).

The Combat Wounded Parking Program is part of a national program in partnership with Wounded Warriors Family Support, a national non-profit veterans’ organization dedicated to providing support to the families of those that have been wounded or killed during combat.

Free WiFi

Stay connected throughout RIO with complimentary WiFi. To use, select RIO_FREEWIFI from your network settings. You’ll be asked to text an access code from your smartphone; please follow the on-screen instructions from there. Once you’re signed in to our free WiFi, we’ll send exclusive offers JUST for you!

Serenity Spot

The Serenity Spot presented by Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center’s Behavioral Health Services offers a place of reflection and mindfulness along the Adventist HealthCare’s Path to Wellness. Find your tranquility nestled under the trees along the lake path. CLICK HERE for the QR code to the Adventist HealthCare curated playlist, for a calming, self-guided experience.

Nursing Nook

In partnership with Adventist Healthcare Shady Grove Medical Center, the Nursing Nook provides a private, comfortable space for parents. Located inside the women’s restroom near AMC, it features a plush rocker and side table within a curtained area for you and your baby.

Fire Lounge

Relax and unwind at the Fire Lounge – located between Uncle Julio’s and True Food Kitchen – while waiting for your table or enjoying the lakefront atmosphere. Comfortable seating and fire tables (seasonal) features create a welcoming place to gather.
